Withdrawing students

School Year Withdrawals

If you are withdrawing your child(ren) from Oxford Public Schools, please complete the following:
  • Print and complete the two forms below for each child.
  • Drop off both forms at the office of the school your child currently attends.
  • If you send both forms in with your child, please contact the school to confirm that the school has received the forms.

Summer Withdrawals

If you are withdrawing your child(ren) during the Summer and are unable to drop off the forms on or before June 30, 2015, please complete the following as soon as your plans are definite:
  • Print and complete the two forms below for each child.
  • Mail the forms to the school your child would have attended in the fall.
    • A.M. Chaffee Elementary School - Preschool, K, 1st and 2nd
    • Clara Barton Elementary School - 3rd and 4th
    • Oxford Middle School - 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th
    • Oxford High School - 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th
  • Contact Debora Brassard, Data Coordinator, at 508-987-6050, ext. 1128.  Mrs. Brassard is available throughout the summer.
